4. Quotation and Order Confirmation

  • Prices are clearly listed and transparent based on order details, quantity, timing, and any associated costs (if any).

  • Detailed quotations will be sent via email or directly (PDF, Word formats) for customer confirmation before contract signing.

  • For large-volume or custom-manufactured orders, contracts will be signed, and deposits will be requested at a reasonable rate (usually 30%–50%).

5. Production and Delivery Timeline

  • Available stock: Delivery on the same day or within 1–3 days (within Ho Chi Minh City).

  • Custom orders: Production time varies depending on the order volume, typically between 3–7 working days.

  • We support nationwide shipping and offer special transport policies for bulk orders.

6. Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

We accept product returns or provide solutions if:

  • Products delivered do not match the agreed model, specifications, or dimensions.

  • Products have manufacturing defects.

  • Defect reports are made within 3 days from the date of receipt.

For issues caused by the customer (e.g., improper storage, incorrect transportation methods, etc.), we will provide support under a specific resolution policy.

7. Flexible Payment Policy

We offer various payment methods:

  • Direct cash payment.

  • Bank transfer.

  • Progress-based payments (with contracts/VAT invoices).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for Ho Chi Minh City.
